This is a summary of section of our general "Terms and Conditions" of sale pertaining to our returns policy. In case of a conflict in the language between this page and the main "Terms and Conditions", the latter shall prevail.
Returns Policy
Any claim for shortage must be made by Buyer within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of shipment. Any shortage claim not made within said period shall be conclusively deemed waived by Buyer. Goods shall only be accepted by Seller if requested by Buyer in writing and if a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by the Seller.
The return of other than defective goods will subject Buyer to a restocking charge of twenty percent (20%) of the price of the returned goods in addition to the cost of prepaid freight that may have been paid by Seller on FOB shipments. Buyer shall ship goods back to Seller at the address specified in the RMA document, at their expense. Seller shall reject returned materials that are not new and/or in their original packaging. Custom products shall not be returnable.
Seller shall not be liable for any damage to goods during shipment. The Buyer shall make any claim for damages due to shipment directly to the carrier.
